Amendment 1 is definitely fueling an improved market in Florida and that means Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and surrounding areas.  Canadians are flocking to Florida!  The value of the dollar and the state of the market has foreign papers touting this great time to buy real estate in the U.S. and especially Boca Raton, Florida.  Home prices are down about 20% and the dollar is down up to 40%.  This is a great deal for all foreign buyers.

A new study ranks Florida high on the list of the most business-friendly states in the country.  Judged on factors such as taxes,utility rates and economic inceentives to persuade big companies to move in.  Florida scored high for employment growth, low corporate income tax rates and the absence of a personal income tax.  Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Highland Beach and Manalapan are all near new and existing businesses.  Homes, townhouses and condos  are readily available.  We just need to know your desires and and we will gather the necessary information for you.  We look forward to hearing from you.  The weather is still fabulous!

There is a good time to sell real estate in Boca Raton and Delray Beach and the time is now!  Since voters passed amendment 1, Florida Realtors have noted signs of increased interest from potential buyers heartened by the measure's property tax relief benefits,especially the portability provision.

A  MarketTools survey said that the time is right to buy a home according to 77% of respondents.  That is a 20% increase compared to a similar January survey.

To add to the question about areas surrounding Boca Raton,we'd like to tell you about Boynton Beach, a town just  south of West Palm Beach.  The eastern part of town is charming with uncrowded beaches, and its western area has many beautiful senior(55 and older) living communities with numerous activities.  A wonderful opportunity to have a fabulous lifestyle and meet new friends.

The real estate market in Boca Raton,Delray Beach,Highland Beach, Palm Beach and Manalapan , Hillsborough Beach and Parkland has good news at the upper end of the market.  There was a recent sale in Highland Beach of $18 milllion and in Boca Raton sales in the 1.5 million range.  In addition to our local buyers, we have European buyers paying 50 cents on the dollar.  Now is a great time for them and Canadian buyers also.  There is alot of inventory at the affordable lower end of the market.  In the multi-million dollar homes we haven't seen many price increases, value still exists, and the weather can't be beat!!  In all of these areas surrounding Boca Raton and in Boca homes are selling.

Delray Beach is the city just north of Boca Raton. There are fabulous oceanfront estates, new condominium developments and a thriving Atlantic Avenue extending from the beach to I95 with trendy shoppes, galaries, restaurants, and always a buzz of activity.  In western Delray Beach are golf course and family communities.  The city encompasses over 16 sq. miles and has been recognized as the "All American City with beautiful beaches and an unparalled quality of life.

Also surrounding Boca Raton is the small town of Highland Beach with beautiful beach front condos and estate homes.
